2 meetings before the wedding to review details,
vendor confirmations one week before wedding,
10 hours of wedding day coordination,
create wedding day timeline & keep everything on schedule,
vendor management and payment/tip distribution,
trouble-shoot and act as behind-the-scenes manager,
distribute bouquets and boutonnieres,
assist with processional & recessional,
assemble family & bridal party for photographer,
assemble family & bridal party for introductions,
handle any special requests/needs as they arise,
gather any remaining items/gifts at end of the night,
close venue and ensure nothing's been left behind
*Rehearsal attendance not included, but available for $50/hr

To Have and To Hold
$950

This package includes everything from our "Here Comes the Bride" package,
but includes 5 additional hours of service. These additional hours can be used for things such as:
additional pre-planning meetings, meetings with vendors or site visits, attendance at the rehearsal,
onsite management of the rehearsal dinner, assistance the morning of the wedding,
ceremony or reception decorating, bridal suite decorating, etc.

This package is designed for the couple that needs a full-service wedding planner.
We'll be with you from the engagement until the honeymoon!
We'll treat your wedding as if it was our own and will be happy to take care of your every need!
