We hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing fourth of July! We took the day off and in turn, Teaser Tuesday is a few days late but you can read on below to find out about our two weddings that were held on Sunday!
Laura and Jack had a fabulous wedding at Laurita Winery on Sunday! Laura handmade paper pinwheels to serve as escort cards and we displayed them in flats of wheat grass. Photos of the the couple were strung on clotheslines draped on barn doors and Wren & Field Photography set up a photo booth area. Guests enjoyed dancing the night away by Kyle of Synergetic Sounds and the rain didn’t dampen their celebration one bit!
Ali and Justin’s Sunday afternoon wedding was held at the beautiful Pearl S. Buck Estate. We really lucked out and they were able to have their traditional Jewish ceremony outside under their chuppah, created by Long Stems, before the rain came down. For the place cards, Justin’s mom cross stitched all of the guests names and each was placed on a different fabric! It really added some color to the table. Dave from No Macarena went above and beyond at this wedding. We lost power for a good portion of the reception and he left to get a sound system that he was able to hook up to his car! While he was gone, Philly Bloco, a brazilian drum band that Ali is a part of, played an amazing hora and had everyone dancing.
