Jessica and Eric’s wedding on Saturday was at the gorgeous Brantwyn Estate in Wilmington, Delaware. The ceremony was outside in the lower gardens while the reception was held inside the estate. We can’t wait to see their professional photos and video from Clair Pruett Studios. The florals were done by Honeybunches Floral Design and were simply amazing! The color scheme was blush, gold, and sage and we did their day of stationery that included table number tents, menus, and signage for their guestbook and bathroom baskets. Jessica also surprised Eric with a groom’s cake, created by Charm City Cakes, that was made to look like Grumpy Cat- such a great idea! -Amanda
Karen and Joe’s wedding day was a hot and humid one but that didn’t slow down this couple at all! They were married at Old St. Mary Church in Old City and had their rocking reception at The Down Town Club. The couple wanted their day to be a fun one for their family and friends and they made sure to remember them all while planning their big day! Guests were treated to lots of favors from the couple that included a super fun photo booth with handmade props, fortune cookie escort cards, and a funfetti cupcake in a jar on their way out of the reception! If that wasn’t enough for them, Cescaphe made sure to fill their bellies with delicious food and desserts! Dan from Silver Sound got the guests on their feet and had them dancing all the way to the last song and Lucky Productions was on hand to capture all the fun on video! Thank you to John Barone Photography for sending us some teasers- we cannot wait to see all of the photos and share them with you all! -Lisa
What originally looked to be a rainy day on Sunday, turned out to be a clear, sunny sky for Miriam and Ben’s wedding at Vesper Boat House on the famous Boathouse Row. John Kevin Gallagher Floral Decorator created a beautiful Chuppah that Ben and Miriam stood under on the boathouse dock with the city skyline in the background. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed an upscale summer BBQ, including grilled salmon and watermelon, tomato, and feta salad from Bacchus Market & Catering along with cakes and amazing mini-flourless chocolate desserts by Belle Cakery. The groom’s own home brewed beers were on tap at the bar and Little Baby’s Ice Cream scooped six ice cream flavors that Ben and Miriam selected. After dessert, Josh from No Macarena filled up the dance floor and Laura from Readyluck captured it all! Since all but one of their guests were from out of town, they surely enjoyed a taste of Philadelphia! -Caitlin
Erin, Stephanie, and Christie coordinated another amazing wedding at Winterthur Estate and Gardens and this one was FULL of drama and details! Julie processed down the grand staircase before marrying her groom, Daryl, at the beautiful Reflecting Pool, in front of over 300 guests. After cocktails on the outdoor patio, family and friends were shuttled to the Visitors Center, which was cast in a glow of pink. Synergetic Sound and Lighting draped the room, Flowers by Yukie hung lanterns and chandeliers and adorned the tables with gorgeous centerpieces in bright fuchsia and tangerine. Dinner by Restaurant Associates was delicious but the highlight of the menu was the surprise dessert room that featured Rita’s Water Ice, a cupcake display in their logo, and an amazing football themed snack display by Annemarie at Choc-OH-lat. The dance floor was PACKED as DJ Tim Dogg played all of Julie and Daryl’s favorite hits. A big thank you goes out to M2 Photography for sending us these fabulous teasers- we can’t wait to see the rest! It was an unforgettable night and we’re thrilled for this awesome couple!
