New Year’s Eve at Crystal Tea Room has been our event to plan and manage for 6 years! We were thrilled to, once again, help ring in the New Year with over 1600 guests and some incredible professionals! Synergetic Sound and Lighting designed 3 illuminated event spaces and their very own Jason Weldon even DJ’ed a few sets on the main stage! 39 Mariner kept the party kickin’ while they were on stage in the Main Ballroom, while DJ Ed Smooth rocked the VIP Atrium, and DJ Bizz killed it in our Executive Lounge! Finley Catering and their amazing maitre’d, Miguel, went above and beyond to ensure our guests had the most delicious and lots of yummy cocktails. Joe from Grandstand Sports ran our charity silent auction while Matt from BodyPaintMe did some incredible painting and provided our fabulous hoop dancers. The gang at Oracle Protection kept everyone safe while Jason from National Event Services made sure everyone left the party intact. Chris Santaniello and his crew snapped lots of photos while everyone had a blast! For now, here are a few teasers to show off our awesome night! Thanks to everyone who helped us welcome in 2015! HAPPY NEW YEAR! -Erin
Our second New Year’s Eve event was at Union Trust for their first ever New Year’s Eve Celebration! Finley Catering uplit the walls of the gorgeous space and provided the food and a wide array of libations for the crowd. Guests entered the space to the tunes being spun by DJ Dave Mass and our photographer for the night, Andrew, from A DeMartini Photography, was on hand to capture all of the good times had by the guests. He also captured the balloon drop, provided by Balloon Celebrations, that was released at midnight which got the party kicked into high gear! Guests danced the night away and had a fantastic time. Thank you to the crew from Oracle Protection and Joseph from National Event Services who made sure everyone was safe for the evening! What a great way to ring in the new year! -Lisa
To finish off a great week of events, we coordinated Lauren and Chris’ wedding on Saturday! Though it may have been less than ideal weather, a little bit of rain wasn’t going to bring them down on their big day. The ladies started their day at Hotel Monaco with hair done by Gina Foley and makeup by Cindy from Dylan Michael Cosmetics. The fellas left the couple’s apartment and headed over to the Monaco for the first look in the hotel’s lobby. After calming their nerves and seeing each other, they headed out for photos (with umbrellas!) and then headed over to 30th Street Station for some inside shots. Meanwhile, we were busy at work getting all of the details set up at the Ballroom at the Ben! Brittany from Petals Lane created the stunning bouquets and floral details for the ceremony and reception. Their non-denominational ceremony was officiated by The Wedding Pastor, Andy Mahaney, and had a few Jewish traditions infused into it! After the guests had finished their delicious meals, CTO’s Park Central got the party started and Tweed Weddings captured all of the fun on film! A huge thank you to Alison Conklin for these incredible teasers! We can’t wait to share the rest with you all! -Lisa
