What a beautiful day it was for Lauren & Brian ‘s wedding- the weather was amazing and the day was filled with love and laughter! The bride and her maids started the day by getting ready at the Philadelphia Marriott West with the help of Beautiful Brides Philly for hair and makeup, then the maids dressed in gold sequined gowns and the bride slipped into her stunning gown! The guys got ready at the couple’s house, before heading to St. Matthews Parish to get the ceremony underway. Everyone was emotional as Lauren made her entrance down the aisle to her groom for their traditional Catholic ceremony. They exited the church to cheers from all of their family and friends as they headed to the reception at Whitemarsh Valley Country Club. Guests enjoyed a delicious cocktail hour before moving into the ballroom for dinner and dancing. BVT Live’s Party Band Jellyroll got everyone out of their seats and packed onto the dance floor- this was quite the dancing crowd!! Their bridal party made introductions extra special while photography by Artistic Imagery and videography by Just Joey Video Productions captured all of the fun on film! The guests tables were decorated perfectly with arrangements created by Petals Lane and matched their color scheme perfectly while Synergetic Sound & Lighting complimented each centerpiece with pin spotting and uplighting (with a special surprise monogram for the bride from her husband!) Valley Forge Photobooth kept guests laughing, offering fun photos and props as a favor to remember the night by. Lauren and Brian, you are such a loving couple and we wish you nothing but a lifetime of happiness! Congratulations! ~Amanda
Saturday was an absolutely gorgeous day for Betsy and Mark’s wedding. Everyone started off at the Home 2 Suites in Philly and the bride’s step-sister was on hand for hair and make-up. The bridesmaids wore different style light pink dresses and the bride was gorgeous in a simple, floor length, white gown, accented by a purple and pink crystal belt and chandelier earrings her mom made. Once everyone was ready, we all headed over to Material Culture. The couple enjoyed their first look in the store’s rug room and bridal portraits, bridal party pictures, and family pictures were all captured by Liz Warnek of Star Field Photography. Material Culture is an incredibly fun, and unique space and it fit Betsy and Mark perfectly. Once photos were done, the night began with cocktail hour. The couple enjoyed mingling with their guests as everyone enjoyed an eclectic menu from the in-house caterer. After cocktails, everyone moved upstairs for the ceremony. The couple were married by a longtime, family friend. Once they said “I do”, it was back downstairs for the reception. Chris from Synergetic Sound and Lighting kept the dance-floor packed all night and everyone had a fantastic time dancing the night away. This was an incredibly personal, individual wedding and I’m so glad I was able to help with it. Betsy and Mark, you guys are awesome and we wish you all the happiness in the world! -Becky
