In honor of #ThrowbackThursday, we are throwing it back to one of favorite weddings of 2015!
From the moment we first met Emily and Justin, we knew these two high school sweet-hearts were meant to be! We also knew that our gang would be able to flawlessly execute the casually romantic style Emily and Justin desired. As Emily and her bridesmaids got ready at the Hotel Monaco, we could tell these ladies were ready for a great day! Janelle on Location wowed us with some great hair and make-up styles. We especially loved the fresh flowers added into Emily’s up-do. With the bridesmaids in different color and style dresses to compliment Emily’s unique gown, the vibrant bouquets by Belovely totally pulled the look together. The happy couple met at 18th Century Gardens, which was a beautiful green backdrop for their first look. Once they locked eyes, we knew they were at ease and ready to take on the rest of their big day. After (the amazing) Sarah from Lauren Fair Photography captured some great moments of the couple and their wedding party, they made their way to the Powell House for their ceremony. Matching the garden setting, Belovely knocked it out of the park by creating a gorgeous arbor for Emily and Justin to be married under which complimented the awesome vintage furniture supplied by Maggpie. Lauren Ford from Journeys of the Heart led a very personal ceremony with Emily and Justin’s friends and family in attendance. Synergetic Sound and Lighting took care of lighting Front and Palmer to create a cozy, romantic and rustic space. Guests dug into Feast Your Eyes Catering‘s delicious dinner as well as Whipped Bakeshop’s creatively iced cake. Finally, The Don Eaton Band opened up the dance floor to what turned out to be a night full of partying! Emily and Justin were lucky to have the incomparable Willow Tree Films there to catch every moment of the night, check out the teaser film below! It’s been a little over a year since Emily and Justin said I Do, and we hope the past year has been romantic one for them.
