Wowza!!  We have had a few amazing weeks of gorgeous weddings that we can’t wait to show off!!  How lucky are we to be involved in such meaningful and GORGEOUS events?!?  Many thanks to our special couples for entrusting us with such an honor!

Last Saturday, Rebecca and Mark celebrated their marriage in the most fairy-tale weddings we can recall!  The last year of planning with this awesome couple has been a blast- they live in California, so planning a wedding in Delaware is no small feat!  Fortunately, they enlisted our help to assemble a vendor team perfect for their big day!  Tiffani Roslak met the ladies at the Hotel duPont to do their hair and makeup and they all looked stunning!   Once the bride was dressed in her beautiful Monique Lhuillier gown, she met her groom at the Reflecting Pool at Winterthur Museum & Gardens for their first look by M2 Photography.  They traipsed around the breathtaking grounds taking gorgeous photos, while the amazing team at Belovely brought their design to life!  Their copper chuppah was adorned with stunning wildflowers, and featured our rental copper terrariums at the base.  In the reception space at the Visitors Center, Belovely hung copper geometric pieces and florals above tables, and displayed greenery and beautiful statement blooms as centerpieces.  Plus, they suspended a greenery chandelier over the dancefloor along with string lighting by Synergetic, to really WOW the guests!  Everyone had a blast dancing to the tunes by Jukeboxx, eating the delicious meal by Restaurant Associates, and devouring custom angel food cakes by The Masters Baker.  The afterparty on the Patio was fabulous- the space was beautifully adorned in string lights and featured an awesome seating area, courtesy of Maggpie Vintage Rentals, and cornhole game boards by Underwoody.  Through the night, Krapf’s Coaches and King Limo made sure everyone arrived back to the hotels safely.  Guests enjoyed every moment of this awesome day and our team had an absolute blast bringing Rebecca & Mark’s vision to life!!  Congrats to our fantastic couple!! ~Erin teaser 2

Last Sunday, Alison and Yoni tied the knot and we were thrilled to be with them throughout the day! The bridal party started at The Logan Hotel where the ladies were pampered by Heather from Personal Expressions Hair Salon and Nina from Cheekadee while the guys were relaxing before meeting up with the ladies. Alison and Yoni headed out for their first look with Brae from Brae Howard Photography before being joined by their bridal party. They all enjoyed taking pictures in Logan Circle and taking an Uber to the College of Physicians to start the festivities. Alison and Yoni were joined by close family and friends for a heartfelt Ketubah signing ceremony. Before the storm clouds could rain on their parade, Alison made her way down the aisle to a song arranged by her future husband. Rabbi Shelly Barnathan officiated the ceremony under their chuppah which was beautifully decorated by the team at Fresh Designs Florist. Cocktail hour began and everyone was treated to hors d’oeuvres and two delicious signature cocktails. The Catering By Design team was amazing to work with and served the guests a delicious dinner before they spent the night dancing away to the tunes of Rich Posmontier Ensemble. Thankfully the team from Martin’s Accent Wedding Videos was there to capture the day. Mazel Tov Alison and Yoni! ~Kristin

This past Saturday, Liza and Pat also had a picture perfect day for their wedding!  Liza started the day by getting ready at Hotel Palomar with the help of Make Me Up Pretty for Makeup and Kelly Hursh for Hair.  Liza and Pat shared their first look on the streets of Philadelphia and then walked around the city with their photographers, Viva Love Photography, and videographers, DanFredo Films, capturing some amazing shots.  The wedding ceremony and reception took place at Colonial Dames Society and the setting was absolutely stunning thanks to the florals from Wild Stems.  Their dog, Willow, served as the sweet ring bearer and she stole the show with her adorableness!  Jeffrey Miller Catering treated guests to delicious food and drinks and Kim from No Macarena had the dance floor packed.  It was a beautiful day and the event was finished with favors from Nutmeg Cake Design – cookies with photos of the couple’s pets!  Congratulations Liza & Pat! ~Jennifer

Do you believe in superstitions? Well, on Friday night, before Ally and Taylor’s big day, her mother put a two forks in the ground because she heard it would lead to good weather. I don’t know if I believe in superstitions but I am thankful that her mother did this because the weather was absolutely perfect on Saturday for their wedding! Ally spent the morning getting ready with her bridesmaids at her childhood home before heading to a family friends farm where they met up with Taylor and his groomsmen. Ally looked stunning in her gorgeous Marchesa gown while Taylor was so handsome in his custom suit. Following a, intimate first look Ally and Taylor joined their bridal party and made their way around the farm where they took pictures by the lake and in the barn! Thanks to Trophy Limousine the guests arrived on time while First Class Luxury Limos made sure the bridal party arrived in style. Reverend Emily Mellott conducted the sweet wedding ceremony at Trinity Episcopal Church. Following the ceremony guests were taken back to Ally’s family home where Elegance Quartet played during cocktail hours and guests enjoyed passed champagne and hors d’oeuvres on the lawn. The guests were then invited in the sailcloth tent from Ocean Tents & Party Rentals where the farm tables were adorned with lush garlands and candles provided by A Garden Party. Birchtree Catering cooked up a delicious meal served with a side of sweet and savory biscuits! JukeBoxx Band had the dance floor packed all night long as guests danced the night away! Cake Life Bake Shop made the perfectly delicious cake and sweets for Ally and Taylor’s guests. Thankfully our friends Alison and Geoff from Alison Conklin Photography were there to capture the event! Martin’s Video didn’t miss a beat and got it all on film, including the super-fun sparkler sendoff! We loved being part of your special day, congratulations Ally and Taylor! ~Kristin
